1. General Terms

1.1. By scheduling a service with Crap Commandos ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Services are provided as described but may be subject to specific limitations and exclusions.
1.3. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. One-Time Services

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.

2.2. Subscription Services

• Subscription services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.

• Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled with a 30-day written notice.

• Annual subscriptions are subject to a $75 early termination fee if canceled before the end of the subscription term.

• Subscription fees are due on the first day of each billing cycle and must be paid via an accepted payment method (credit/debit card or electronic transfer).

2.3. Payment Methods and Late Payments

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

• Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 18% per day or flat late fee.

3. Service-Specific Policies

3.1 Power Washing, Soft Washing, House Washing, Concrete/Driveway Cleaning

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages to surfaces, including cracks, chips, or wear.

• Staining or discoloration not related to dirt buildup may not be removable and is not guaranteed.

• Water supply must be available on-site unless prior arrangements are made.

3.2 Deck/Fence Cleaning

• Pressure washing may cause splintering or surface texture changes. We will use methods to minimize this but cannot guarantee prevention.

3.3 Gutter Cleaning

• We ensure the removal of debris but cannot repair or address pre-existing gutter damage or improper installation.

3.4 Window Cleaning

• Window cleaning excludes the removal of scratches, paint, or heavy deposits without prior agreement.

3.5 Junk and Waste Removal

• Quotes are based on volume, weight, and disposal fees.

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or other prohibited items will not be removed.

• Items left for removal must be clearly identified and segregated by the Client.

3.6 Pet Waste Removal

• We are not responsible for sanitation or decontamination beyond waste removal.

• Areas must be accessible, and any aggressive pets must be secured during service.

3.7 Property Cleanup

• Service includes the removal of debris and general tidying, but does not include landscaping, structural repairs, or heavy demolition.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

4.1. Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancellations require a 30-day written notice to avoid being billed for the next month.

• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

4.2. Annual Subscriptions

• Early cancellation of annual subscriptions will result in a $75 termination fee.

• Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3. Failure to Cancel Properly

• Subscriptions that are not canceled per the terms outlined above will remain active, and the Client will continue to be billed.

5. Liability

5.1. We are not liable for damages caused by:

• Pre-existing conditions or weak surfaces.

• Misuse or improper maintenance by the Client.

• External factors such as weather, pests, or third-party actions.
  5.2. The Client must disclose all relevant property information, including delicate materials or hazardous conditions.

6. Indemnification

6.1. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crap Commandos, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), or losses arising from:

• Services rendered on the Client's property.

• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.

• Failure to disclose pertinent property details, including fragile or hazardous materials.

• Injuries or accidents occurring on the Client's property during or after services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. 6.2. This indemnification clause applies to claims made by third parties as well as the Client.

7. Warranty

7.1. We warrant that services will be performed professionally. However, we do not guarantee specific results for stains, discoloration, or damage caused by wear or external conditions.
