Crap Commandos Service Cancellation Policy

At Crap Commandos, we aim to provide exceptional service and a hassle-free experience. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair terms for all our customers while maintaining the quality and reliability of our operations.

30-Day Notice Requirement
- Customers must provide at least 30 days written notice (via email or our customer portal) to cancel their service. This allows us to adjust our scheduling and ensure smooth transitions for all clients.
- The service will continue during the notice period, and the final invoice will reflect any services rendered within that time.
Early Cancellation within the First Month
- If a customer cancels their service within the first month, a one-time clean-up charge will be invoiced. This ensures coverage for the initial deep cleaning that sets the standard for ongoing service.
- The one-time clean-up charge will be outlined in the original agreement and is based on the size of the yard and the initial level of service required.
Final Service and Refund Policy
- Services already performed during the notice period will be charged as per the service tier.
- Any pre-paid amounts for services scheduled beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the final service or termination of the services.
Special Considerations
- Customers may request a waiver of the one-time clean-up charge under exceptional circumstances. Waivers are subject to management approval.
- Requests to pause or adjust service frequency are available as an alternative to full cancellation.
